Michael Markowski

Markowski founded StockDiagnostics.com after he utilized proprietary software to perform an autopsy on Enron shortly after it declared bankruptcy in late 2001.  After performing the autopsy Markowski determined Enron’s cause of death.  He named the cause of death “The EPS Syndrome”, which occurs when a company’s negative cash flow per share exceeds its  “record” earnings per share over the same period.  In back testing the “The EPS Syndrome’s” algorithm Markowski found that prior to Enron’s demise the syndrome had caused the death of approximately 300 public companies including appliance manufacturer Sunbeam Corporation.  Markowski has since discovered algorithms for shares that are poised for a significant increase.  Fortune Magazine named him as being one of the world’s top 50 investors in 2004.

Site Description:

Bear Market Navigator was created to inform and educate individuals about the new Super Bear Market, which began on 10/09/07. We expect that this Super Bear, which is the eighth one that has occurred in the U.S. since 1802, will not end until at least 2015. It replaced a 25 year Super Bull market, which began in 1982 and ended in 2007. There is a great need for the Bear Market Navigator because there are few among the generation of current investors who have experienced investing during a Super Bear market. The last Super Bear market began in 1966 and ended in 1982. Being educated about or having experience with a previous Super Bear is critical because the strategies and investment tools, which work well during a Super Bull market do not work in a Super Bear market.

Bear Market Navigator through its website provides FREE educational material, updates and information on the ongoing Super Bear Market in its education section of the website. In addition, Bear Market Navigator provides access to
ADDITIONAL RESOURCES and proprietary information to its members. Members also receive discounts on Bear Market Navigator Alertss and on other specific bear market resources such as tools and information, which are provided by unaffiliated or third party providers.
